I was born in Europe and have been living in NH since 2002. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am certified in Nutrition, Metabolism & Hormones. In addition, I have a number of licenses related to fitness & health.

I am a Licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor & am certified in CPR & First Aid. Zumba has been one of the best things to come into my I enjoy sharing it
I am a member of the Zumba® Instructors' Network (ZIN), and am forever learning and mastering new Zumba® moves and choreography with the help of the wonderful people at Zumba® Fitness!
Some personal notes on me:
The best part of Zumba®, to me, is the lives that I’ve touched, and the people who have reached deep down into my soul and friendships that have been created over the years. I am a better person because of what I do. It thrills me to see the personal growth that my students achieve through simple “fun”!  Many come to reap the physical aspects of Zumba®, but so many have come to "de-stress", to"recover", to gain confidence, heal,  whole.  Many of you came to your first class a bit shy, unsure and a little backward.  Now…you are my “front row” You have learned that letting go and having fun is “good for you”Zumba® is good for your soulIt’s good for your body.  And it’s GREAT for your mind.
I’m honored to be on this journey with all of you.  I know we have all become very close and love the time we spend together.  “You” have made “me” what I am. You give me strength…you make me smile (constantly)…and you’ve made my life whole.  You’ll never know how much I thank you, and Zumba Fitness for bringing my life to a personal level that I never thought I’d reach.
Thank you to my family, friends and especially my husband Justin & my daughter Elena, for supporting me in every way while on my journey with all of you!
